Why this house?

>The kitchen – it’s where everyone hangs out, and there is room for everyone.  This functional floor plan makes entertaining a breeze!  We’ve had over 80 people over and nobody knew that I hadn’t gotten the basement or bedrooms cleaned up because they were playing outside or hanging out in the kitchen =)  “Oh your house is sooo clean and nice”  If only they’d seen my son’s bedroom….
>The backyard – privacy fence, mature trees, play set, basketball court, mature perennials selected for long bloom time and fragrance, butterflies, hummingbirds and in the spring over 150 bulbs to enjoy… we spend hours outside almost every day.
>The pool (ok maybe this is just an extension of number 2) the pool has a safety cover and an in floor cleaning system so you’ll get to spend your time swimming and playing – not cleaning.
>Two laundry rooms – no more dragging laundry up and down the stairs.  Pool towels and kitchen laundry goes on the main floor and clothes go upstairs.
>Thee upstairs bonus room (which would make a killer 5^th bedroom) is great if you need to be close to young children who don’t really want to stay in bed.
>The full finished basement.  An entertainment room, a 2^nd office/craft room and an enormous play room.  Until the 4^th baby, my husband had plans for the ultimate man cave – but now we have a big, big play room.
>Oversized 3 car garage - lots of room!
>Location, location, location…..We’re just minutes from the Intermediate School, the High School and the Middle School, it feels like the country but only 20 minutes to downtown Indianapolis and all that it has to offer.
